HOW TO SERVE & STORE To properly handle a cake, carry it level, store it in the fridge, and avoid sunlight, moisture, and heat. Remove it 1 hour before serving, use a sturdy cake stand, and store leftovers in an airtight container. Shelf life 3-5 days upon refrigeration.
