Yes, you can pick up your cake from our store located in JLT Cluster Q, Shop P-04, Saba Tower 2, Dubai gate 1.
Please note that customised cakes can be heavy, delicate, and require careful handling during transport. If not handled properly, they may get damaged.
Once the cake leaves our premises and is under your care, Joyful Treats cannot be held responsible for any damage that may occur during transport or setup.
We’re on it! If your order hasn’t been processed for delivery yet, we can make adjustments to the delivery details 12 hours prior to the delivery schedule on request. For change in cake flavor, we need to be notified immediately after the order is placed or 48 hour prior notice from the delivery date. In case of events getting canceled, we can issue a 6 months credit note. There will be a 50% deduction in amount if our team has already made preparations for your order. We do not issue refunds once the order is paid and confirmed.
Due to the perishable nature of our baked goods, we do not accept returns. If there was an issue with your order, please email us admin@joyfulcakes.ae and let us know what’s going on. We will do our best to make it right.
Our cakes / treats are freshly produced and the best way to store them in a refrigerator.
Brownies : Can be stored at room temperature for a 4-5 hours or refrigerated for 5-7 days. Thaw for 30 minutes at room temperature before consuming or microwave for 15 secs.
Cookies : They can stay at a cool room temperature for 5-7 days. Microwave 15 secs before consuming.
Cakes : Keep them refrigerated once received. Remove and thaw at a cool room temperature for 1-2 hrs before consuming. All fresh cream cakes should be stored in the refrigerator.
Truffles / Granola : Can be stored in the refrigerator for 1 month.
Tea cakes : Can be stored in the refrigerator for 4-5 days
We bake all of our cakes / treats on shared equipment in our bakery kitchens, all of which process wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, peanuts and tree nuts. If our product mentions gluten free, it is free from any kinds of gluten, but it is still produced in the same kitchen with the other baked goods.
If you or your guests have allergies, kindly inform us at the time of ordering so we can guide you. We also recommend that you warn your guests, especially anyone with severe nut allergies, before serving the cake.
Yes. We use high quality food-grade colors that are widely used in the industry and approved by Dubai Municipality. These colors are safe for consumption, including for children.
Please note that darker colors such as deep reds, blues, and blacks may temporarily stain hands, mouths, or teeth, which is normal with highly pigmented food coloring. If you prefer lighter shades or minimal coloring, just let us know and we can adjust the design accordingly.
Our custom cakes may also contain wires / toothpicks / Wooden dowels to support the edible decor or fondant characters on the cake. Please be careful and remove any of these, while cutting and serving the cake. Some cake design may also have the use of styrofoam balls or base as a part of the decor.
