Signature cakes
HOW TO SERVE & STORE : To properly handle a cake, carry it level, store it in the fridge, and avoid sunlight, moisture, and heat. Remove it 1 hour before serving, use a sturdy cake stand, and store leftovers in an airtight container. Shelf life 3 days upon refrigeration.
Please Note : All our gluten-free cakes are prepared in the same kitchen as our other products; however, we follow processes and precautions to minimize the risk of gluten contamination.
Brownies
HOW TO SERVE & STORE : Refrigerate the brownies and avoid sunlight, moisture, and heat. Thaw them at room temperature for 1 hour before serving.Shelf life 5-7 days upon refrigeration.
Cookies
HOW TO SERVE & STORE : Store the cookies at room temperature for 5-7 days and avoid sunlight, moisture, and heat.
Tea cakes
HOW TO SERVE & STORE: Refrigerate the tea cake and avoid sunlight, moisture, and heat. Shelf life 3-5 days upon refrigeration.
Truffles
HOW TO SERVE & STORE : Store the truffles in the refrigerator and consume within 2 weeks.
Gift bundles
HOW TO SERVE & STORE: Store the Dates at a cool room temperature and consume within 8-10 days
Custom cakes
STORAGE
Store cream cakes in a refrigerator.
Fondant cakes should be stored in cool air-conditioned environment for maximum 3 hours at a cold room temperature. Slice and serve the cake at air-conditioned room temperature and make sure it is not exposed to heat.
Use a serrated knife to cut a fondant cake. Fondant elements and figurines may contain wire supports or toothpicks or wooden skewers for support.
Please check the placement of these items before serving to small children. The cake should be consumed within 24-72 hours.
DELIVERY
Your cake will arrive beautifully fresh for your occasion. We recommend that the cake(s) are stored in a cool dry place We have developed a special packaging so that it reaches you in perfect condition.
We promise delivery of your order in the time slot selected however in very rare cases where the situation is beyond our control this might not met and you will be notified about this in advance.
We deliver within Dubai or you can collect your order from our store located in Cluster Q, JLT.
If you prefer to pick up your cake - please note that it needs to be stored on the bottom of your car and handled with care.
We would not be responsible for any cake picked up from our store in proper condition and damaged after that. Please make sure to check your cake and pick it up only if it is is in proper condition upon pick up
